上海万科万金中心毗邻滨水景观主轴和闵行文化公园，是七宝生态商务区的重要组成部分。项目通过南北向的绿谷将滨水景观与林荫大道相连，创造一个有机整体。基地内部以七宝老街为灵感，致敬传统古镇与水道的互生关系，同时引入庭院空间作为公共活动空间，创造一个生态、智能、文化的办公商务园区。
Shanghai Vanke Wanjin Center, adjacent to the waterfront landscape axis and Minhang Cultural Park, is an important part of the Qibao Ecological Business District. The project connects the waterfront landscape with the boulevard through a north-south green valley, creating an organic whole. The interior of the base takes Qibao Old Street as inspiration, pays tribute to the mutual relationship between the traditional ancient town and the waterway, and introduces the courtyard space as a public activity space to create an ecological, intelligent and cultural office business park.

根据开发商企业特性和用户需求的大数据调查，设计师采用用户导向的设计策略推演整体总平面设计。办公业态包括4栋标准办公和9栋总部办公，标准办公沿航西路和新龙路布置，总部办公沿景观主轴布置，形成连续整体的城市街道界面。标准办公与总部办公通过竖向绿谷和两个庭院空间相连。
According to the big data survey of the developer's enterprise characteristics and user needs, the designer adopts the user-oriented design strategy to deduce the overall graphic design. The office format includes 4 standard offices and 9 headquarters offices. The standard offices are arranged along Hangxi Road and Xinlong Road, while the headquarters offices are arranged along the landscape axis, forming a continuous and integral urban street interface. The standard office is connected to the headquarters office by a vertical green valley and two courtyard Spaces.
在建筑形象设计上，设计师创造了一种“生长型”的立面远景，隐喻科技的边界升级和智慧的无限创造。标准办公立面引入竖向波纹屏风立面和横向竹编纹理，总部办公追求精巧的形体组合。立面设计融入可持续性设计，通过可靠的材料、系统管理、工作场所、自然环境和可再生资源的管理来实现。
In the architectural image design, the designer created a "growth" facade vision, metaphor of the boundary upgrade of science and technology and the infinite creation of wisdom. The standard office facade introduces vertical corrugated screen facade and horizontal bamboo weave texture, and the headquarters office pursues a delicate combination of shapes. The facade design is integrated into sustainable design through reliable materials, systems management, the management of the workplace, the natural environment and renewable resources.
