嘉兴嘉善未来星光里位于浙江省嘉兴市嘉善县，毗邻上海门户之地。该片区规划有文化艺术中心、特色商业水街、商办综合体和艺术酒店，致力于打造一个区域性的商业文化中心，辐射整个智慧科学城以及周边嘉善和枫泾地区。本项目是嘉善上海之窗智慧科学城未来社区的配套商业和人才公寓建筑，集休闲、娱乐、教育、餐饮、社区服务为一体，是社区型商住综合体。
Jiaxing Future Starlight is located in Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, adjacent to the gateway of Shanghai. The area is planned to have cultural and art centers, characteristic commercial water streets, commercial complexes and art hotels, and is committed to building a regional commercial and cultural center, radiating the entire smart Science City and the surrounding Jiashan and Fengjing areas. This project is a supporting commercial and talent apartment building for the future community of Jiashan Shanghai Window Smart Science City. It integrates leisure, entertainment, education, catering and community service, and is a community-type commercial and residential complex.
在设计中，我们充分考虑了人性化的建筑与智慧科学城未来社区的城市空间关系，力求创造高贵优雅又不失商业活力与繁华的精品建筑。同时，我们也注重与独特的河岸风景相契合，营造出宜人的环境氛围。
In the design, we fully consider the relationship between the humanized architecture and the urban space of the future community of the smart Science City, and strive to create a noble and elegant boutique architecture without loss of commercial vitality and prosperity. At the same time, we also pay attention to the unique riverbank scenery fit, create a pleasant environment atmosphere.

商业立面采用了独特的动态金属圆片设计，通过旋转圆片的角度，模拟流动的波纹。这种设计不仅增加了建筑的动感和现代感，还创造了视觉上的趣味性和吸引力。金属圆片的运用也使得建筑能够更好地融入周边环境，与自然和谐共生。
The commercial facade features a unique dynamic metal disc design that simulates flowing ripples by rotating the disc at an Angle. This design not only adds to the dynamic and modern feel of the building, but also creates visual interest and appeal. The use of metal discs also allows the building to better integrate into the surrounding environment and live in harmony with nature.
为了提供私密的活动空间，我们在屋顶设置了活动场所。这个场所结合了景观设计，为人才公寓人群和公共人群提供了一个放松和交流的场所。在这里，居民可以欣赏到美丽的景色，同时也能享受户外休闲和社交的乐趣。
简洁的塔楼成为智慧科学城的核心地标和门户展示面。塔楼的设计灵感来自于流动的波纹和几何线条的结合，创造出一种独特而富有张力的外观。建筑的立面设计充分考虑到了周边自然环境的特点和美感，通过与自然元素的呼应，使建筑与周边环境融为一体。
In order to provide a private event space, we set up an event space on the roof. This place combines landscape design to provide a place for both the talent apartment crowd and the public crowd to relax and mingle. Here, residents can enjoy beautiful views while also enjoying outdoor recreation and socializing.
The simple tower becomes the core landmark and gateway of the Smart Science City. The design of the tower is inspired by the combination of flowing ripples and geometric lines, creating a unique and intense look. The facade design of the building fully considers the characteristics and beauty of the surrounding natural environment, and integrates the building with the surrounding environment through the echo of natural elements.
