临港元心是一个位于上海临港新片区中央商务区核心枢纽（开放区站）上的商办综合体项目。
Lingang Heart is a commercial complex project located in the core hub of the Central Business District (Open District Station) of Shanghai Lingang New District.
设计方案的主要挑战和机遇在于如何利用轨道交通两港快线从地块中央穿过的地形特点，创造出一个连贯且具有视觉吸引力的城市地标。为应对这一挑战，方案采用了聚落式的总图布局，以轨道交通开放区站为中心，放射性地布置商业中心和两栋办公塔楼。这样的设计使得商业中心与轨道站点之间形成了紧密的联系，便于乘客快速进出。
The main challenge and opportunity of the design scheme lies in how to utilize the topographic characteristics where the Rail Transit Line passes through the central part of the plot, creating a coherent and visually appealing urban landmark. To address this challenge, the scheme adopts a settlement-style general layout, with the Rail Transit Open Area Station as the center, and radially arranged commercial centers and two office towers. This design makes a close connection between the commercial centers and the rail station, facilitating fast entry and exit for passengers.

商业中心位于地块南侧，被中轴划分为两个主题商业空间。为了打破常规的商业中心布局方式，设计师将两侧的商业中心再次拆分成四个独立的建筑形体。通过一座跨线楼在中轴上方进行连接，形成一个通透的多层商业挑空大空间。这种布局不仅增加了商业中心的活力，还提供了丰富的空间体验。
立面设计方面，通过对四个建筑形体的扭转，形成了一种灵动的建筑形态语汇。同时，采用半透明的建筑表皮，使得室内商业氛围能够透过建筑展现在城市界面上。这种设计呼应了城市的氛围，并为整个商业立面增添了动态元素。
总体而言，临港元心项目的设计方案充分利用了地形和交通优势，创造了一个独特而吸引人的城市地标。其聚落式的布局、灵动的立面设计和多层次的空间体验使得商业中心与城市环境相互融合，为市民提供了一个宜人的休闲购物场所。
The commercial center is located on the southern side of the plot, divided into two themed commercial spaces by the central axis. To break the conventional layout of the commercial center, the designer further divides the two sides of the commercial center into four independent architectural forms. By connecting through a cross-line building above the central axis, a transparent and multi-layered commercial space with high ceiling is formed. This layout not only enhances the vitality of the commercial center but also provides a rich spatial experience.
In terms of facade design, a dynamic architectural vocabulary is created through the twisting of the four building shapes. At the same time, semi-transparent architectural skins are used, allowing the indoor commercial atmosphere to be displayed on the urban interface through the architecture. This design echoes the atmosphere of the city and adds dynamic elements to the entire commercial facade.
Overall, the design scheme of Lingang Heart makes full use of the advantages of topography and transportation, creating a unique and attractive urban landmark. Its settlement-style layout, dynamic facade design, and multi-level spatial experience enable the commercial center to integrate with the urban environment, providing a pleasant leisure shopping destination for citizens.
