黄金湾科创园位于无锡经开区核心地带，毗邻太湖新城CBD和金匮公园。园区占地面积约800亩，规划总建筑面积约105万平方米，定位为以科技总部、创客空间和文化创意为主的都市型产业组团。南部启动区计划于2023年底建成，包括2栋高层办公建筑、2栋多层建筑和地下二层地库。黄金湾科创园交通便利，绿色生态资源丰富，将成为总部基地、创客空间、文化社区一体化的科产城人融合载体。
Golden Bay Science and Technology Park is located in the core area of Wuxi Economic Development District, adjacent to Taihu New City CBD and Jinkui Park. The park covers an area of about 800 mu, with a planned total construction area of about 1.05 million square meters, and is positioned as an urban industrial cluster focusing on science and technology headquarters, maker space and cultural creativity. The southern start-up area is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023 and will consist of two high-rise office buildings, two multi-storey buildings and two basement levels. With convenient transportation and rich green ecological resources, Golden Bay Science and Technology Innovation Park will become a carrier for the integration of science, industry, city and people in the integration of headquarters base, maker space and cultural community.
